Job Responsibilities

Sales Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to surpass sales targets.
  • Create and execute strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue growth.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the sales department.
  • Enhance sales processes and methodologies to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assume full P&L responsibility for the international sales division.

Business Development

  • Develop budgets, business plans, and financial forecasts to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement corrective measures as necessary.
  • Collaborate with various teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and customers worldwide.
  • Stay informed about industry trends in digital media measurement and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Use expertise in data analytics and enterprise performance management to position our solutions strategically.
  • Apply knowledge of the Microsoft Data Analytics stack to drive sales and offer valuable client insights.
  • Drive business expansion through upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Proactively network with industry contacts, potential clients, and partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15-20 years of progressive sales experience in enterprise software solutions.
  • Proven success in sales leadership roles with a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Proficient in enterprise sales, cloud management, data analytics, and IT services.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, enterprise performance management, and digital media measurement.
  • Experience working with global cross-functional teams in coordinating sales activities across multiple regions.
  • In-depth understanding of the Microsoft Data Analytics stack and its market applications.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong business acumen and market trend analysis skills.

Note: This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence in either Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA. Compensation includes salary and commission.
