Highlights of your role
- Lead Inside Sales and Field Sales Support teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow market share.
- Analyze current operational processes and data metrics; identify critical needs and areas to improve.
- Lead sales reporting and analysis to aid in forecasting and planning.
- Create vision and lead the sales training process for internal team and dealer partners.
- Business operations experience, specifically in project management and implementing process improvements.
- Prior experience in a sales operations leadership role.
- Strong competency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), processes, and other sales enablement tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and use insights to drive decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent industry experience. All combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in sales, strategy, marketing, and/or operations.
- Ability to travel nationwide potentially up to 30%
