Join Our Team:

We're looking for a proactive and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our sales processes and enhancing our sales strategies. Your work will directly contribute to the scalability and efficiency of our sales operations, driving RedCloud’s continued success and growth in emerging markets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyse sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. Your insights will support strategic decision-making across the sales team.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to our sales processes, tools, and strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Performance Tracking: Develop and manage comprehensive sales KPIs and reports to monitor, evaluate, and optimize the performance of sales initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide analytical support, report on sales metrics, and assist in opportunity analysis.
  • Market Research: Conduct regular market research to inform our sales strategy, keeping abreast of trends and competitor activity in emerging markets.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in a sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role, preferably within the FMCG or tech sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively across functions.
  • Proven track record of optimizing sales processes and strategies for improved performance.
  • Knowledge of the emerging market landscape and the unique challenges it presents is highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • A passion for technology and its potential to transform traditional markets.
