Description

A large technology clients is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join their team. The Senior Deal Desk Analyst will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of our sales initiatives by providing strategic pricing guidance, deal structuring, and contract negotiation support. This role is fully remote.

  • Utilize Salesforce to create accurate and competitive quotes for prospective deals, ensuring alignment with pricing guidelines and discounting policies.
  • Customize orders to meet the unique needs of customers, including special pricing arrangements, product configurations, and contract terms.
  • Submit orders for renewal opportunities, coordinating with sales teams and customers to facilitate smooth transitions and maximize renewal rates.
  • Update daily data migration sheets for the high-volume queue, meticulously addressing all project-specific errors to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, finance, legal, and operations teams, to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to quotes, orders, or data migration.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of product offerings, pricing structures, and contractual terms to provide informed guidance and support to sales teams and customers.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the deal desk function, leveraging Salesforce and other tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor pricing strategies to inform pricing decisions and ensure competitiveness in the marketplace.
  • Uphold high standards of integrity and professionalism in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders, adhering to company policies and ethical guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • years of experience in deal desk, pricing strategy, finance, or related roles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Salesforce experience required.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards in deal negotiations and pricing decisions.
