Join our team as a Sales Operations Coordinator focused on global markets, supporting our 3P team. You'll collaborate closely with various departments, including Travel Agent Platform, Partner Success Managers, and Business Development. Your role involves improving operational processes, managing projects, and enhancing CRM system efficiency. We seek a proactive, organized individual with excellent communication and analytical skills to thrive in our fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Provide operational support to the 3P organization, contributing to effective proposal production
Support sales teams by equipping them with data insights and preparing for lead generation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement
Monitor and maintain data quality to improve pipeline management and tackle non-compliance instances
Create CRM dashboards for tracking pipeline progress and supporting effective business planning
Qualifications
At least 1 year of sales operations experience
Strong work ethic with attention to detail
Fluency in English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel
Ability to work independently and under pressure
