Responsibilities
Deal Structuring: Collaborate with sales teams to structure and review complex deals, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
Pricing and Quoting: Utilize Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) system to generate accurate quotes and pricing proposals for customers.
Contract Review: Review contracts and agreements to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with legal and financial requirements.
Sales Support: Provide support to sales teams in navigating deal-related inquiries, escalations, and negotiations, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
Data Analysis: Analyze deal metrics and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to management.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize deal desk processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various teams, including sales, finance, legal, and operations, to streamline deal execution and resolve issues promptly.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of deal terms, approvals, and documentation, and generate reports as needed to track deal pipeline and performance.
