Your responsibilities 🖋️

We’re looking for a talented Head of Revenue Operations to help us scale our go-to-market functions (Sales, Success and Professional Services) globally. You’ll lead and grow the Revenue Operations function and act as the right hand to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Lead, grow and develop Revenue Operations into a world-class function that enables global go-to-market functions to grow ARR efficiently through enablement, improvement and insight. You’ll be both the manager of a team and an individual contributor, and will work closely with the Executive Committee, Country Managers, and GTM and central function leadership.

The responsibilities of the function include:

  • Strategy, analysis and policy development
  • Operational improvement
  • Project and programme management
  • Training, enablement and operations
  • Tools and assets

We’re looking for a leader who is a great manager, has strong analytical skills, is impact focused with a can-do approach, and can align stakeholders to make effective organisational change.

You must have:

  • A track record of success as a manager and a leader
  • A track record of success in client-facing, operational and analytical roles (sales, operations, project management, consulting, investment banking, etc.)
  • Scale-up and B2B/enterprise SaaS experience
  • Experience managing, influencing and aligning stakeholders in an international multi-cultural context
  • Strong management, leadership, strategic, analytical, entrepreneurial, operational, process improvement, and project/programme management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (including excellent written and spoken French and English) and strong attention to detail
  • Alignment with our values of excellence, trust, and happiness at work
  • The right to work in France

We’d love it if:

  • Familiarity with financial and professional services
  • Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint, Power BI, and Salesforce skills
  • Sales experience
  • A passion for productivity
