Specialist - Sales Operations

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join the team. In this role, you will play an integral part in the order to cash process from beginning to end, analyzing data, collaborating with multiple departments, and creating efficiencies in processes.

Your Mission

  • Work simultaneously across multiple systems to validate order data transmitted between them and collaborate with internal and 3PL technology teams on solutions. - Partner with Finance to ensure shipped orders are invoiced in a timely manner and perform end of month procedures. - Support orderbook management in partnership with Sales and Account Services. - Assist in automation and improvement projects as it relates to the workflow of our ERP and create documentation for processes. - Communicate any delays or issues with the appropriate internal partners, such as the Finance, Account Services, and Logistics teams. - Other duties as needed.


Your story

  • 1-2 years of experience in reporting and data analytics; experience specific to Operations is a plus - Advanced skills within various systems including Excel, Microsoft D365, Google Sheets, and Looker - Ability to successfully communicate across all levels and departments - Experience collaborating with logistics providers and warehouse operations - Experience brainstorming and implementing new system processes in order to improve efficiencies - Proven analytical, conceptual thinking, technical and problem-solving skills
