MacroFab is seeking a dynamic, experienced Revenue Operations manager to lead and optimize our go-to-market strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Alignment: Translate company-wide and go-to-market objectives into actionable and impactful revenue operations initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing leaders to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives that drive growth.
- Optimization: Continuously assess and improve processes, tools, and methodologies to increase sales velocity.
- Sales Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations needs of the sales teams, including quoting, CRM, and other supporting systems
- Marketing Alignment: Serve the analytics needs of the Marketing team and support ongoing systems alignment.
- Data Analysis: Leverage Salesforce, PowerBI, and other advanced business intelligence tools to provide insights, forecast trends, and drive decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and develop the sales operations, enablement, and analytics functions, ensuring they have the resources and skills needed to excel.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update the SVP of Sales, VP of Marketing, and other key stakeholders on progress, challenges, and results.
- Proven experience leading the revenue operations function in a fast-growing company with $50M+ in revenue.
- Expertise in Salesforce, PowerBI, and advanced business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
