The Opportunity

We are hiring for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our DMe ANZ Sales Operations team to be based in Sydney. The role requires an experienced Operations professional to act as a trusted advisor to the Regional Sales Leader for ANZ while working closely with the APAC wide DMe Sales Operations team.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the Regional Sales Leader and other ecosystem partners in strategic GTM planning and the day to day running of the ANZ DMe business
  • Assist the Regional Sales Leader, Sales Account Managers, Channel Account Managers and Renewal specialists to be accountable for achieving revenue goals. Diagnose gaps and develop action plans to improve performance across the region
  • Drive the weekly and quarterly Forecast and Outlook process using pipeline analysis, data validation, and identify gaps and actions required
  • Manage local execution of Sales Quota setting and validate attainment and exception requests
  • Partner with the APAC Program Manager to set channel partner targets and support reseller Ad Hoc incentives and validation on a quarterly basis

What You Need To Succeed

  • 5+ years of work experience in sales operations or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to be successful working in highly matrixed organization and able to build support and strong relationships with key stakeholders and peers
  • Strong Excel skills. Experience in CRM and data visualization tools (e.g. SFDC, Tableau, Power BI) preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
