As we continue our B2B business growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as a Sales Operations Manager. This pivotal role will be responsible for delivering all aspects of sales operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of hands-on execution capability, organizational structure and a strong track record of success in sales operations within a startup environment.

This role is remote. We operate on Eastern time.

Key Responsibiities

  • Develop and execute sales operations strategies to enhance revenue growth and operational efficiency
  • Assist in designing, automating, and optimizing sales processes, such as lead generation, pipeline management, contracting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Provide hands-on support to the sales team with various sales activities, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with objectives
  • Collaborate with various teams to align sales operations with broader business goals
  • Support data analysis efforts to provide actionable insights for sales improvement
  • Help in monitoring KPIs to gauge sales team performance and areas for enhancement
  • Manage the sales technology stack, including CRM system, automation tools, and reporting platforms
  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to the sales team, fostering continuous improvement
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and trends to support sales effectiveness


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Proven track record of at least 4 years in sales operations roles, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools
  • High-energy and thrive in dynamic environments
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate high-level objectives into actionable plans and drive results
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to roll up sleeves and tackle challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive as an individual contributor while also providing leadership and guidance to a team
  • Experience managing and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales technology platforms
