Head of Sales Operations Role
A start-up FinTech company are looking to hire a Sales Operation Manager into their client facing team urgently. In this role, you will have a high impact on the business, playing a critical part in the change management initiatives.
This is a hugely exciting opportunity to work at a high-growth business in a role where you will be responsible for the following:
- CRM Change Management (Impact analysis and change, testing and release, and managing CRM Data)
- Change and Controls (Strategic change)
- Reporting and Analytics (Defining reports and dashboards in CRM for users and senior management, sales forecasting etc)
Sales Operations Manager Role Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and collaborations skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholder's at a variety of levels
- Knowledge of CRM Tool and Change Management Lifecycle
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting regulations objectives and obligations
- Knowledge of the reporting process
- experience working in financial services, regulatory reporting, and change management roles
