Role Summary

This is a full-time role for a VP of Sales at VESTIUM. As the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for setting & achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and executing sales strategies, managing key clients, overseeing sales operations, and driving business development initiatives. This is a hybrid role, with the main office located in Manhattan, NY, but with flexibility for some remote work. The VP of Sales will join a currently small team of highly-driven, creative and passionate people; we'll work closely together to shape our ideas into reality. Qualifications

  • Sales Management and Business Development skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally if needed.
  • Team player with positive and contagious energy, motivation, and pragmatism.
  • Strong identification and passion for VESTIUM’s brand direction and vision.
  • Ability to maintain business relationships, foster new ones and provide excellent customer service.
  • Is self-aware, curious to learn and seeks feedback from others to continuously grow, always putting improvement over comfort.
  • Desire to grow within the custom fashion world and learn skills of doing fittings with clients, learn about materials, garment construction, etc.
  • Spanish proficiency, and experience in the fashion or luxury goods industry is a plus
