Location: Fully remote- Candidates only in PST and MST time zone
As a note this is not a high-volume deal desk - they should be fine with someone with about 2 years of experience out of college.
We are seeking a talented and growth-minded Deal Desk Manager to join our dynamic team. This position offers an outstanding opportunity for individuals eager to make an impact and drive results in a fast-paced, innovative company.
The Deal Desk Manager role involves recognizing the needs of customers, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and managing contract processes to provide successful deals. We look for a critical thinker who can meticulously balance multiple tasks and maintain a high standard of work in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate deal requests, reviewing terms and profit margins, to ensure alignment with company policy.
2. Coordinate with the finance, sales, legal, and operations teams to align deals with strategic objectives.
3. Oversee lifecycle of deals from approval to execution and renewal.
4. Develop and improve sales tools, methods, and process that increase efficiency and scalability.
5. Provide data-driven insights to help leadership make informed business decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in a Deal Desk role
Track record of successful deal management
Experience working with Salesforce
