We are looking for a Senior Revenue Ops Manager who is passionate about accounting, revenue operations, and data.

Responsibility

• Work with the sales / marketing team to implement and collaborate on major B2C sales/ revenue-related projects.
• Integrate, analyze, and evaluate sales performance based on predetermined metrics.
• Provide adhoc analysis to sales and marketing teams regarding sales progress and syndicated data updates.
• Contribute to developing business controls, policies, procedures, and best practices to maximize sales performance.
• Maintain accurate client data throughout CRM and different systems, ensure correct pricing and allocations, and document pertinent transaction details.
• Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.
• Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
• Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials.
• Increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications; coordinating information requirements

Basic Qualification

• 6+ years of experience in a similar revenue accounting role
• B.Com degree in Accounting or related field
• Experience with Accrual accounting process, and understanding of accrued revenue, recognized revenue, deferred revenue
• Experience with accounting of large number of customers every month
• Experience with monthly general ledger close process
• Experience using advanced level formulas, pivot tables, and v-lookup in MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience working with large data sets and performing cash to revenue reconciliations 
• Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment from high growth ECommerce/SaaS edtech companies

Preferred Qualification

• ERP system experience (preferably Zoho, Airtable, QuickBooks
• Experience with Payment Processors (e.g. Brex, Razorpay, etc)
• Demonstrable problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail
• Thorough understanding and adherence to applicable audit
• Demonstrate expertise of analyzing processes and implementing process, and work on system/process improvement to reduce manual work and to improve operational efficiency

HSR Layout, Bangalore, India

Salary:

INR 6L-10L CTC (Includes fixed, variable, and stock options)
