ABOUT THE ROLE:

The position of Revenue Operations Manager holds significant importance in advancing revenue growth through the enhancement of sales processes. This entails identifying, prioritizing, and organizing leads, prospects, targets, and client accounts to effectively maximize both revenue and operational efficiency. As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will sit on the Technology team and report to the Senior Director, Technology & Security.


Please note, this role is hybrid and is up to 4 days a week in ADWEEK's NYC office.


SPECIFICALLY, YOUR IMPACT WILL BE BASED ON:

  • Optimizing Processes: Enhancing sales procedures, encompassing streamlining of lead generation and qualification processes.
  • Sales Analysis: Analyzing sales data and metrics to uncover customer trends, potential opportunities, and avenues for improvement. This includes generating reports, developing dashboards, and crafting forecasts to monitor sales performance and guide strategic decision-making.
  • Sales Enablement: Ensuring the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training for achieving success.
  • Salesforce Lightning: Demonstrated experience in deploying and managing Salesforce Lightning, coupled with proficiency in Einstein AI.
  • Technology Management: Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of sales technologies such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, Conga, and other supplementary tools. Proficiency in spreadsheet utilization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating closely with departments including finance, marketing, branded content, client success, and operations to foster alignment and coordination across the organization.


WHAT WILL SET YOU APART:

  • 3-5 years of Salesforce administration experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce’s automation capabilities and best practices, including workflows, lightning setup and Einstein.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet utilization.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a strong drive to seek resolution to issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and to data quality, accuracy, and standardization.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


COMPENSATION:

  • Salary Details: up to $110,000
  • The salary range provided reflects the Company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. The final compensation offered will be determined by various factors such as the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and location. ADWEEK is headquartered in New York City, and the salary specified is tailored for candidates residing within the New York tri-state area.
