We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist ( Admin) for an international company as a global provider of networking devices and accessories.


This role is critical to optimizing the sales process, enhancing efficiency, and driving revenue growth. This position requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Process Optimization:

• Work with sales leader to develop and implement strategies to streamline sales operations and enhance overall productivity.

• Analyze and evaluate current sales processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.

• Continuously monitor and refine sales workflow to ensure alignment with business objectives.

2. Data Analysis and Reporting

• Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide insights into performance trends, opportunities, and challenges.

• Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics, sales pipeline, and forecasting accuracy.

• Work closely with sales leadership to develop actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.

3. Sales Enablement Support:

• Develop sales collateral, and data-driven analysis to help optimize sales tools, systems, and other sales enablement technologies.

4. Sales Forecasting and Planning:

• Assist in the development of sales forecasts and annual sales plans based on historical data, market trends, and business objectives.

• Work closely with sales leadership to ensure alignment between sales forecasts and resource allocation.

5. Process Documentation and Standardization:

• Document sales processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.

• Drive the adoption of standardized processes and tools across the sales organization.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, distribution, logistics, and sales executives, to align sales initiatives with broader company goals

• Serve as a liaison between sales and other departments to facilitate communication and coordination.

Key Qualifications:

• Finance Degree/Diploma preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, and business analysis.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.

• Proficient in Microsoft suite

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

• Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
