About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role will see you play an integral part of the leadership team whilst striving for growth. Overseeing a team of 4 direct reports, you will carry over your strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, whilst adhering to the below responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic revenue growth utilising data & technology to plan and execute projects with supporting stakeholder needs.
• Continuous process improvement & technology improvement across various departments
• Continuous partnership with leaders to strategies, operationalise and analyse the impact of business initiatives
• Provide continuous guidance through data insights to assist sales strategies
• Ensure process are being met along with KPIs
• Lead, coach and develop the team
• Other duties as required

Skills & Experience

• CA/CPA Qualified
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Exceptional problem solving, strategic & forward-thinking abilities
• Possess strong financial and management reporting skills
• Previous experience within an IT/Tech/SAAS organisation is essential
• Process and Systems Improvements
