Your Role in Driving Sales Growth

As the Vice President of Sales for our North American operations, you will work closely with our President to achieve our annual Sales Budget set by our Senior Leadership Team. Your responsibilities will include developing distribution channels, formulating sales strategies, forecasting sales accurately, and analyzing the effectiveness of our product portfolio. Additionally, you will set long-term sales goals, manage budgets, and ensure the attainment of our annual sales and margin objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction of our North American Sales team to drive innovation and expansion.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management to develop and implement channel and distribution strategies.
  • Expand our customer base and enter new markets, particularly through our Target Market/Plan & Spec Project business.
  • Create pricing policies and partner programs to incentivize top distributors and representatives in North America.
  • Motivate and train a dynamic sales organization, establishing regional sales objectives.
  • Work with Product Management in the introduction and successful marketing of new products.
  • Develop sales plans aligned with company goals for growth, profitability, and teamwork across all facilities.
  • Provide detailed reports on sales performance and market trends to key stakeholders for informed decision-making.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions, negotiating with customers for mutual benefit.

Qualifications We Seek

We are looking for a leader with exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of inspiring and leading a successful team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, effective communication skills, and strategic thinking capabilities. Additionally, we seek a highly motivated individual with a strong business acumen and a proven track record in field sales, particularly in commercial and industrial project sales environments. A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Marketing, is required, with an MBA being preferred.
