Your Responsibilities

Guiding Sales Excellence:

  • Mentor the sales team through the end-to-end sales process, focusing on strategies for presentations, RFP responses, and negotiations.
  • Cultivate an executive demeanor that fosters trust among clients, team members, and executive leadership.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, offering insights into quarterly and annual performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute sales strategies to boost pipeline growth and enhance booking rates.
  • Identify and seize sales opportunities, using insights to expedite deal closures.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to develop tactical strategies for maintaining a competitive edge.
  • Address client and organizational needs promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Foster a high-performance sales environment, setting and exceeding sales targets.

Your Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of experience in a related sales role, with a minimum of 5-6 years in managerial positions.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in complex sales environments with top-tier achievements.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, and strong computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in healthcare sales is highly preferred.
