Main duties and responsibilities
Job Summary: Reporting to the Sales Director, you will focus on optimising sales processes, systems, and strategies to support the sales team and improve overall sales performance. In addition, providing support and direction, performance & sales monitoring, forecasting and pipeline management as well as supporting the team with cross-departmental collaboration to ensure successful outcome of customer-led projects.

Main duties and responsibilities
Job Summary: Reporting to the Sales Director, you will focus on optimising sales processes, systems, and strategies to support the sales team and improve overall sales performance. In addition, providing support and direction, performance & sales monitoring, forecasting and pipeline management as well as supporting the team with cross-departmental collaboration to ensure successful outcome of customer-led projects.
- People Management: Providing leadership, direction, coaching, and motivation to the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets. This includes hiring, training, and performance management.
- Process: Design, implement, and optimise sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the sales function.
- Continues Improvement: Analyse sales data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to sales leadership.
- Reporting: Develop and manage sales reporting systems and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), sales activities, and revenue forecasts.
- Cross functional collaboration: Collaborate with sales leadership, finance, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment on sales strategies, goals, and initiatives.
- Planning: Manage the sales territory planning and target building process, ensuring appropriate distribution of targets and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Systems: Evaluate and implement sales technology and tools, such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems, sales automation software, and analytics platforms, to support sales operations and enhance productivity.
- Training needs: Lead sales enablement efforts by developing and delivering training programs, sales tools, and resources to empower the sales team and improve performance.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales management role, with a track record of developing and managing successful sales teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Results oriented, committed to delivering measurable results and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel as required within the assigned regions.
