How you will make a difference: 

This role supports the Global Revenue Operations Manager and is responsible for reporting the ongoing results against KPIs for the growth organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Weekly reporting for sales results against KPIs.
• Using excel and Salesforce to analyze and report against specific requests from senior leadership.
• Proactively develop reports for measuring our results and provide analysis on trends.
• Support the development and on-going management of our sales compensation plans.
• Ad hoc reporting as needed.
• Assist with annual growth planning and modeling requirements.
  
  

What will make you stand out:  

• Strong proficiency in Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting, with 2-5 years of experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems for data management and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize Excel and Salesforce for reporting and tracking sales performance.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
