How will you add to OpenPayd journey?


  • Serve as the main point of contact between our prospects and customers and provide them with a smooth onboarding experience
  • Track and report on the status of all applications
  • Understanding of compliance policies and requirements to act as a first point of customer pre-checks
  • Maintain active engagement with new leads through follow-up communications based on specific requirements
  • Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) set by the business to ensure customers live with upmost efficiency
  • Responsible for handling the day-to-day account maintenance and merchant onboarding service workload in salesforce and onboarding merchant systems
  • Prioritise and create prospect accounts in Back office - Banking providers, users and fees in line with our client’s requirements
  • Attended high-level conversations between external business stakeholders, customer success and our compliance teams
  • Communication between internal finance teams, to issue invoices for onboarding fees


The ideal candidate will have the following:


  • Previous experience in either an administrative position within online payments or financial services environment (e-wallets, banking, online-processing)
  • Previous experience in a role acting as a first point of contact with customers.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • An eye for detail and numbers
  • Strong Excel skills
  • 1+ years’ experience working with a revenue operations environment
  • Experience in supporting sales and working stakeholders to influence decisions and drive improvements
