Position Summary

Reporting directly to Chief Revenue Officer, as Vice President of Revenue Operations, you will play a crucial role in our Go-to-Market team. Your focus will be on driving sustained organic growth by leading the revenue operations team, refining processes, and improving tool utilization to enhance GTM productivity. You will act as a strategic partner to GTM leadership, concentrating on critical areas such as annual planning, forecasting, and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities

GTM Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer to refine and execute the go-to-market strategy for optimal deployment of growth-focused teams.

Organizational Design & Orientation: Lead customer segmentation, sales territory design, and craft competitive sales compensation plans in line with company goals.

Change Leadership & Program Management: Spearhead cross-functional initiatives to enhance organic growth speed and predictability.

Acquisition Integration: Manage the smooth integration of acquired company teams into our systems and processes.

GTM Operations & Analytics: Establish and maintain rigorous sales and marketing forecasting processes and develop a robust analytics framework to continually enhance GTM operations.

Sales Enablement & Training: Lead a top-tier enablement function to ensure the sales team is highly productive and adaptable.

Technology Utilization: Oversee the effective deployment of GTM systems to maximize sales productivity and provide comprehensive visibility into processes.

Systems & Process Design: Expertise in creating processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years in a revenue operations role within a B2B software context, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity.

Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership to enhance GTM efficiency and growth.

Strong executive presence, capable of driving cross-functional initiatives and making strategic decisions.

Expert-level skills in process, metrics, and operational optimization.

Proficient in advanced analytical and reporting tools.

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Willingness to travel as needed.
