We are seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Manager who will be responsible for spearheading activities and processes that empower our sales organization to achieve its business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in developing a midterm vision for your function, ensuring its alignment with the broader strategic plan of our business unit.

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:


  • Providing analytics to enhance leadership visibility and propose improvement areas for informed decision making.
  • Developing and enhancing commercial dashboards/reports for global leadership to boost pipeline visibility.
  • Driving sales focus to expand the opportunity pipeline, assisting Regional Sales Managers in identifying new market opportunities.
  • Collaborating with regional sales teams to deliver Annual Operating Plan, monitoring opportunity status and convertibility.
  • Delivering quarterly summaries of global and regional KPI's, supporting strategic planning, and ensuring SFDC utilization.
  • Leading SFDC implementation, training, and adherence, while supporting operating rhythms, growth initiatives, and performance analysis.
  • Supporting Finance, HR, and Global Sales Leadership for effective design and execution of Sales SIP.
  • Providing quarterly (or when required) summary and analysis of global and regional KPI’s (financial/historical trending).
  • Being the learning and enablement champion for the Cordant Solutions Business.

To be successful in this role you will:


  • Have a bachelor’s with significant Sales Intelligence experience.
  • Have at least 3 years sales operations experience within a large enterprise company.
  • Have the ability to manage multiple priorities, excellent business analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Be familiar with asset performance management market.
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Be proficient in MS Suite, CRM (SFDC), ERP, and analytics software, adept at project management.
  • Be a change agent with cross-functional teamwork abilities, analytical mindset, and a bias for action.
