Chief Revenue Officer
Orama are excited to be working with another AI vendor who is looking for their first CRO, They have successfully raised over $100M (Series B) in funding from multiple global VCs and are now building out their sales team.
Role: CRO
Location: Bay Area, CA
What will the role consist of?
- Build and lead all sales functions, including direct sales, business development, and partnerships
- Hire and lead a team of SDR's, AE's, SE's, and CS (8-10 headcount by EOY)
- Partner with marketing and executive teams to capture qualified leads
- Participate in quarterly and annual planning of company OKRs
Required Experience:
- 10 years or more of SaaS sales management experience
- Comprehensive understanding of the modern data stack, machine learning, and artificial intelligence
- Experience working with open-source solutions and sales conversion pipeline
- Demonstrable record of delivering effective vertical strategies
- Effective senior and executive relationship management skills
