Orama are excited to be working with another AI vendor who is looking for their first CRO, They have successfully raised over $100M (Series B) in funding from multiple global VCs and are now building out their sales team.


Role: CRO

Location: Bay Area, CA


What will the role consist of?

  • Build and lead all sales functions, including direct sales, business development, and partnerships
  • Hire and lead a team of SDR's, AE's, SE's, and CS (8-10 headcount by EOY)
  • Partner with marketing and executive teams to capture qualified leads
  • Participate in quarterly and annual planning of company OKRs


Required Experience:

  • 10 years or more of SaaS sales management experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of the modern data stack, machine learning, and artificial intelligence
  • Experience working with open-source solutions and sales conversion pipeline
  • Demonstrable record of delivering effective vertical strategies
  • Effective senior and executive relationship management skills
