THE ROLE

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the Revenue Operations Analyst position offers the opportunity to work in a high paced, growth-oriented company. The Analyst will work closely with many of our client-facing teams, including Sales, Finance, Marketing and Salesforce Support. The role has a dual purpose; to assist and support the client-facing teams with utilizing Salesforce and CPQ, and to analyze our existing key Sales and GTM processes, identify pain points and inefficiencies, and recommend solutions.

The Analyst is data-driven capable of translating high-level objectives into tactical processes. The Analyst enjoys solving complex problems that require an integrated cross-functional understanding of how technology and people combine to deliver Ncontracts software and services to our clients. They are driven to identify and dig into both technical and client challenges and work to develop potential solutions to ultimately improve the client experience. The Analyst is highly organized and exceptional at building relationships inside and outside of the team. The Analyst will be the primary link between Ncontracts client-facing teams and other internal teams, such as Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, and more.

YOU WILL

  • Grow data insights into concrete execution plans by scoping requirements, feasibility, cost-benefit, governance, dependencies, telemetry, and adoption
  • Evangelize best practices, data-oriented thinking, knowledge sharing, and workflow optimization
  • Construct data-driven experiments, evaluate statistical models, and regularly present your findings to revenue leaders
  • Participate in predictive analytics helping to forecast future trends based on historical data leveraging varied data sets from different systems.
  • Assist Sales and Sales Operations on Salesforce and Power BI reporting/dashboards.
  • Assist on CPQ inquiries and submitting and tracking fixes/enhancements.
  • Support sales processes across the client lifecycle
  • Partner with the team leads to streamline processes and policies for greater efficiency
  • Maintain Salesforce data hygiene to keep information up to date
  • Document operational knowledge, issues, processes, and best practices for team
  • Work with external teams (e.g., Finance, Legal, etc.) to build robust cross-functional processes.
  • Work with our COE team to develop and deliver internal training on processes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to understand the details of a business problem, it’s impact on the business and the desired outcome the team wishes to achieve
  • Perform detailed investigations to reveal potential insights into root causes, areas of most impact, priorities of focus and recommended paths forward
  • Work across a mix of proactive projects and reactive support for business stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience
  • Lead development of projects, measuring the real impact of solutions and adapting as necessary to overcome unexpected roadblocks or other obstacles
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders and lead by influence on company-wide initiatives to move the needle on revenue growth
  • Leverage a service desk ticketing queue to prioritize tasks and track deliverables

YOU BRING

  • Extensive Salesforce reporting/dashboard skills
  • 3+ years of working with RevOps/SalesOps/Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of CPQ or end-to-end Quote to Cash business processes
  • Strong Excel and/or Power BI reporting skills
  • Ability to form relationships with Executive, Senior Management, and Sales team that enables Sales Ops to be seen as a valuable team member whose input is essential to successful outcomes.
  • Must have a critical eye for accuracy and data integrity. Process oriented and consistently identifying areas where process improvement is necessary
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
  • Genuine passion for supporting team members and clients
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections

Compensation Information

Pursuant to state and local law disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience and location is $90,000 to $105,000 per year. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance and is not guaranteed.
