What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will contribute significantly to the development of programs and the implementation of sales strategies and tech stack that support NVIDIA's key go-to-market initiatives. This role offers a distinctive chance to tackle highly complex and strategically valuable issues, putting your analytical and problem-solving skills to the test. Your main responsibilities as a Sales Operations Analyst will include:

  • Work on issues of the highest complexity and strategic value where analysis of situation and data requires evaluating various factors, including a comprehensive understanding of business processes.
  • Redesigning and improving existing sales and operational processes as the organization evolves.
  • Responsible for systems roll-out and organizational change, including new process definition, training, launch, and adoption.
  • Handling ad hoc requests regarding reports, processes, requests for assistance, and general support.
  • Understanding and translating business needs into requirements for solution design.
  • Configuring and customizing Salesforce based on business requirements and implementing solutions using declarative tools.
  • Designing integrations between Salesforce and other business systems to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed documentation, including process workflows and system diagrams.
  • Conducting user training sessions and providing ongoing support to ensure effective system utilization.

What We Need To See

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, operations, and Technology
  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience
  • Should have a proven track record of success in sales operations and exceptional analytical skills.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, CPQ, and integrating with third-party applications.
  • Working with multi-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and set priorities with minimal direct supervision.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

  • Experience with direct, indirect, and cloud sales models
  • Relevant Salesforce Certifications
  • Experience working with Sales, GTM, product, marketing, legal and finance teams.
  • Good interpersonal and communication Skills.

The base salary range is 92,000 USD - 195,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits . NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
