Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sr. Sales Operations Specialist at Fulcrum Technology Solutions, LLC. The Sr. Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations tasks, including analyzing sales data, supporting the sales team, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to sales strategies. This position is based in Houston, TX, working remote and reporting in person approximately once a quarter.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales Operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Quotewerks and MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field a plus but not required.
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
