• £33,000 - £38,000 per annum
• Central London (Hybrid working, 2-3 days in the office)

A well-established FinTech company have an opening to join their Sales Operations team.

The main responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end onboarding process for their clients, producing documentation, and managing ongoing client relationships.

They are looking for someone with 1-4 years’ work experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard new clients and manage existing clients accounts.
• Provide sales support.
• Create Know Your Client (KYC) documents and ensure they are kept up to date.
• Ensure all client information, contact details and service details are managed and tracked in the CRM software.
• Analyse data within the CRM software.
• Suggest and implement improvements to the sales and onboarding processes
• Prepare and track onboarding documentation including legal documents and presentations.

Skills:

• Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Experience working in client and/or stakeholder facing roles.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
• Knowledge of CRM Tools is beneficial (they use Salesforce)
• Experience Working in finance or sales is beneficial.
