Job Responsibilities :
  • The Specialist, Sales Operations (Sales Operations Executive, m/f) plays a vital role in optimizing sales processes and driving business growth through insightful data analysis. With a focus on coordinating data collection, analyzing customer behavior, and implementing user-friendly tools, this role contributes to informed decision-making and strategic planning. The ideal candidate possesses a proactive problem-solving approach, strong proficiency in data analysis tools, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, fluency in German and English, along with a passion for gaming, are advantageous in this dynamic and collaborative environment.Manage and maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry.
  • Support sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, contract management, and invoice generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as finance, marketing, and customer support to streamline processes and resolve issues.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track sales performance and provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies, including territory planning and quota setting.
  • Train and onboard new sales team members on tools, processes, and systems.
  • Support sales enablement initiatives by creating sales collateral, training materials, and documentation.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve overall sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Pre-Requisites :


  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing
