Job Summary: Vice President of Sales and Field Relationships

As a key figure within our team, we are looking for a Vice President of Sales and Field Relationships specifically for North America. This role involves a blend of strategic leadership and operational management. You will serve as a vital liaison between our dedicated Partners in the field and our corporate team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be instrumental in fostering partner relationships, expanding our market presence, and significantly contributing to the sales growth across North America.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a dynamic revenue strategy to attract new Partners who align with our vision for health and wellness.

Work with the Public Relations and Communications teams to devise a thought leadership strategy encompassing strategic content and impactful speaking engagements.

Elevate our brand's social media presence through engaging, brand-consistent content to expand our community and nurture relationships.

Lead and motivate the sales team by providing coaching, training, and performance management, instilling a culture of excellence and continual improvement.

Collaborate closely with the Events team to organize and host memorable events that strengthen our market position and deepen relationships with our Partners.

Utilize data and analytics to track sales performance, making necessary adjustments to strategies and tactics to meet and surpass our sales targets.

Represent the company within the region, engaging with stakeholders, participating in events, and championing our impact and vision.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the direct selling industry, showcasing exceptional business acumen, leadership skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across various levels and consistently surpassing sales targets in a direct sales or MLM setting.

Comfortable operating in ambiguous and changing environments, with strong execution abilities to achieve ambitious objectives.

Effective communicator and presenter, skilled at engaging and inspiring both small groups and large audiences during conferences.

Proficient in sales forecasting and planning, with a sharp knack for data analysis for reporting purposes.

In-depth knowledge of nutrition and the health & wellness industry.
