Your Role

As the Vice President of Commercial Operations for North America, you will play a pivotal role in propelling the growth of our North American sector. Your main objective will be to surpass sales targets and gross margin goals across our broad customer base. This involves expanding our clientele and ensuring the efficient execution of agreements across various regions and business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the North American sales team and drive the account management strategy.
• Develop strategic plans for specific customer segments, including account and sales strategies.
• Oversee all sales planning components, monitoring volume, margin, staffing, productivity, and contribution margin to achieve business targets.
• Deliver quarterly commercial results in alignment with overarching objectives.
• Introduce new services, digital products, and solutions into the commercial organization.
• Manage weekly sales activities, focusing on secured volume and price projections for North American commercial operations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail or a related field, particularly in sales.
• Proven track record in sales and account management, with a comprehensive understanding of relevant tools and processes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and strategic thinking abilities.
• Business acumen with proficiency in managing profit and loss statements.
