Opportunity Overview

We are looking for an innovative Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development to join our Communications, Media & Technology team. In this role, you will focus on providing transformational solutions and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services to prominent technology and digital-first companies. Leveraging Cloud-based solutions such as Software as a Service (SaaS) and automation, you will guide clients in revolutionizing their operational models to drive exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue deals independently, overseeing the entire sales cycle.
  • Create and implement comprehensive business plans covering prospecting, deal structuring, negotiation, and contract finalization.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a client-centric approach and achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Contribute to the senior management team to shape the company's strategic direction.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong technology background with excellent storytelling abilities.
  • Proficient in proposal writing, RFP responses, and data analysis.
  • Experience engaging with senior leadership and building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and business acumen.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated, with a drive to excel and take on new challenges.

Experience And Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of experience in net new logo sales and consultative sales processes.
  • Proficiency in new business development and account expansion in the Business Process Management sector.
  • Track record of driving revenue growth within high-tech verticals.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML, Customer Experience (CX), and other relevant domains.
  • Previous experience in leading Digital Transformation Consulting firms preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $200,000 to $240,000, plus performance-based incentives.
