About The Company:

Our client is leading FinTech SaaS vendor that's scaling globally, and their solutions are used by thousands of organisations worldwide. In line with their expansion, they are looking for their first Sales Operations Manager to establish key sales operations principals and boost team efficiency!


About the role:

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is interested in driving operational excellence and efficiency to support the sales team's success. Open to individuals with an analytical & sales data background. This flexible work from home/office role will see you enable and streamline the sales processes for a growing GTM and Post Sales support team.

Ongoing support and development will be provided by industry experts to bring you up to speed on all the data & processes within the business.


About you:

  • Must have at least 3+ years Sales Operations/Strategy, Analytics, Business, Revenue Operations, or other related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and metrics effectively.
  • Expert in excel and previous experience working with Hubspot.
  • Experience with R, Python, SQL, & PowerBI (or similar analytical packages).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, document, and standardise sales operations & processes.
  • Identify areas of improvement in sales processes and implement necessary changes to enhance productivity.
  • Assist with all aspects of the Go-To-Market plans under annual & quarterly planning cycles.
  • Define key performance metrics and targets, build reports and dashboards to drive insights.
  • Identify areas of weakness, and present improvement recommendations to sales leadership.
  • Evaluate and implement sales automation tools, customer relationship management systems.
  • Collaborate with sales training team to develop and deliver sales training programs
  • Liaise with mid to senior level stakeholders within the organisation
