Sales Operations and Onboarding Specialist

- £33,000 - £38,000 per annum
- Central London (Hybrid working, 2-3 days in the office)

A well-established FinTech company have an opening to join their Sales Operations team.
The main responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end onboarding process for their clients, producing documentation, and managing ongoing client relationships.
You will receive full training with a progression route to account management or sales.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients and manage existing clients accounts.
- Provide sales support.
- Create Know Your Client (KYC) documents and ensure they are kept up to date.
- Ensure all client information, contact details and service details are managed and tracked in the CRM software.
- Analyse data within the CRM software.
- Suggest and implement improvements to the sales and onboarding processes
- Prepare and track onboarding documentation including legal documents and presentations.
Skills:
- Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Experience working in client and/or stakeholder facing roles.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
- Knowledge of CRM Tools is beneficial (they use Salesforce)
- Experience working in finance or sales is beneficial.
