Vice President of Sales Operations

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving operational excellence and standardization across business units while fostering strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Guide strategic planning and execution processes, aligning with company priorities.
  • Foster a lean operational mindset, drive growth, and nurture both the brand and employees.

Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on operational excellence and execution.
  • Identify talent, offer continuous feedback, and support career development.

Operational Excellence

  • Define a clear vision for operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives, optimize practices, and maintain alignment across sales, operations, and supply chain teams.

Financial Oversight

  • Manage the region's financial performance, including budgeting and cost optimization.
  • Ensure operations are in line with strategic goals.

Safety And Compliance

  • Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with DOT, EHS, and OSHA regulations.
  • Lead efforts to enhance workplace safety and reduce accidents.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in sales, marketing, finance, and HR to ensure alignment.

Ideal Candidate

Qualified Candidates Will Possess

  • Leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, supply chain, or delivery operations.
  • Familiarity with Direct-Store-Delivery systems and B2C environments.
  • Strong relationship management skills and the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Dedication to building an inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

Desired qualifications include:

  • Minimum 8 years of leadership experience, preferably in progressively senior positions.
  • Experience in a unionized setting, with knowledge of DOT, EHS, and OSHA compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
