Our company is seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Sales Operations to lead our South Business Unit. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong background in Delivery Operations, Warehouse Management, Logistics, and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will have exceptional relationship management skills and a proven track record of achieving operational excellence through standardization processes.

Role Overview

As the Vice President of Sales Operations, you will oversee all warehouse and delivery operations within the business unit. A comprehensive understanding of Direct-Store-Delivery routes and a B2C environment is essential as you support the development and growth of our brand portfolio. Your focus will be on enhancing our brand presence, driving business growth, and developing our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop long-term strategies and short-term plans to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive strategic analysis, execution, and organizational development to enhance safety, productivity, and performance.
  • Collaboration and Influence: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and influence senior leadership towards broader corporate priorities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead efforts to optimize operations, reduce waste, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Desired Skills And Experience

  • Extensive leadership experience in Warehouse, Distribution, Supply Chain, and/or Delivery Operations.
  • Experience in a unionized environment, with CPG, B2C, Retail, and Distribution experience being a plus.
  • Strong familiarity with DOT, EHS, and OSHA regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams in union and non-union settings.
