Job Overview: Visionary VP/Director of Present Customer Analytics

Our Marketing Analytics team is looking for a visionary VP/Director of Present Customer Analytics to play a crucial role in shaping our growth strategy. In this position, you will analyze and market to our existing customers, translating their needs, preferences, and behaviors into impactful marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities

Leading Talented Analysts: Lead a team of analysts in uncovering customer trends and behaviors, presenting key insights to C-level executives and other stakeholders.

Driving Loyalty Analytics: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction levels through loyalty analytics initiatives.

Optimizing Customer Servicing Experiences: Spearhead efforts to digitize and optimize customer servicing experiences, reducing calls and improving self-service options.

Developing Cross-Sell Strategies: Partner with cross-functional teams to create and analyze product cross-sell strategies, supporting our goal of expanding into a multiproduct company.

Enhancing Analytical Frameworks: Develop analytical frameworks and tools to drive test design and post-test analytics, improving our understanding of customer performance.

Collaborating for Innovation: Work with data science teams to develop new models that enhance customer performance and increase cross-sell conversion rates.

Financial and Risk Analysis: Collaborate closely with Finance and Risk teams to provide input on forecasts, budgets, and initiatives prioritization based on ROI targets.
