Sales Operations Intern

About the role
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Assist sales operation specialists in daily work and needs.
- Prepare and coordinate meetings and presentation materials, including PowerPoint slides.
- Interface with cross functional work teams such as sales, delivery, product and solution, and CCFM, CGSM, and marketing.
- Update internal tracking means to provide data control and alignment throughout process.
- Timely collect, upload and record documents.
- Participate on teams assigned to address specific organizational initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in Mandarin (both writing and speaking) is a must.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of sales processes
- Enthusiasm for learning and professional growth.
Education
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communication/Engineering/Business or education comparable to experience in the industry.
