Hybrid - Strong Preference to Bay Area, but will accept NYC, or Chicago (2+day/week, days flexible)
Pay Range: $49.21 - $58.05 Hourly (Please note that the pay rate will range from 82% - 100% based on your location.)

We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to help us build our next generation of internal tools. This is a highly visible, global role focused on scaling the design and execution of Anaplan for core sales processes at Client. You will serve as a key partner to Client Talent and Sales Solutions, Sales Ops, and cross-functional partners to deliver best in class solutions that standardize, automate, and up-level our sales planning and forecasting processes.
Basic Qualifications
• 2+ years' experience in an operations, consulting, or strategy role with an emphasis on building planning models, financial models, or transforming core sales processes
• 2+ years' experience using Excel and SQL
Preferred Qualifications
• BA/BS degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, computer science, other related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
• Direct experience and exposure to Anaplan as a tool to drive sales or finance processes
• Experience transforming core sales processes (Headcount Modeling, Territory Planning, Quota setting, forecasting)
• Experience driving complex, x-functional projects with stakeholders across multiple internal organizations
• Exceptionally strong communication skills, backed by stories of effectively communicating and influencing senior management (verbal and written via PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated eagerness and ability to work in a high-growth, performance-focused environment with lots of ambiguity
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce
• Deep understanding of SaaS economics and metrics
