Currently, we are in search of a dynamic Senior VP International Sales Head to spearhead our sales initiatives and boost revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership:
- Lead a high-performing sales team, offering guidance and support to meet sales objectives.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the sales department.
Operational Excellence
- Take ownership of the profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for the international sales segment.
- Implement continuous improvements in sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as necessary.
Strategic Partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients on a global scale.
Industry Expertise
- Stay informed about industry trends, particularly in digital media measurement.
- Leverage expertise in data analytics and enterprise performance management to position solutions effectively.
- Utilize knowledge of the Microsoft Data Analytics stack to drive sales and offer insights to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 15-20 years of progressive experience in sales, particularly within enterprise software solutions.
- Proven track record in sales leadership and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, enterprise performance management, and digital media measurement.
- Experience in global sales coordination and working with cross-functional teams.
Location:
This is a hybrid role that requires in-person presence at either Dallas, TX, or Atlanta, GA.
Competitive compensation package including a base salary plus commission.
