Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, diligent, and data-savvy RevOps Specialist to join our
Sales & Marketing team.
The RevOps specialist will be responsible for providing accurate and timely information about
leads and customers to the Sales team. The RevOps Specialist is a critical role as a bridge
between Marketing and Sales. This role requires strong communication skills, a clear
understanding of processes (and how to improve them) with a sharp eye for detail!
The candidate will be working with the latest tools including HubSpot CRM, Cognism and
LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This is a Full Time position working in our newly refurbished offices
in Pune (eligible for Hybrid Working). You should think of the sales team as your internal
customer as you enable their success.
Job Responsibilities
Understanding The Customer
Carefully reviewing Personas and Ideal Customer Profile requirements
Researching target companies, prospective customers and key accounts
Preparing estimates of segment size, data availability and data quality
Managing The Data Workflow
Executing a weekly workflow to build clean lead lists with data for the sales team
Overseeing the export / import of prospective customer data between systems
Ensuring the data is accurate, complete and provided in a timely manner
Making Our Systems Better
Documenting the steps of the workflow and identifying areas of improvement
Liaising regularly with colleagues in marketing and sales to share recommendations
Identifying and resolving any data issues that are blocking the sales team
Communicating & Reporting
Provide weekly updates on lead volume, quality and progress through stages
Gather feedback on lead quality and ensure it is recorded within HubSpot CRM
Prepare monthly reports on RevOps performance with insights and recommendations
for improvement
Executing Tasks Efficiently
Carry out project tasks efficiently and diligently as directed by your line manager
Report on progress, blockers or dependencies through our Project Management
System
Stay up to date on training / certification for the tools that you use day-to-day
Continuously review RevOps performance and provide recommendations for
enhancement
Qualifications&Skills
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in a SaleOps or RevOps role
Knowledge: CRM (HubSpot preferred), Data (Apollo, Lusha or similar tools), Microsoft
Office
Language: Full Working Proficiency in English (IELTS 7+ or equivalent)
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a Technology, Science or Business-related field
Skills: Prospect List Building, Data Export/Import, Data Cleaning, Lead Research
