As the Senior Client Success Operations Analyst, you will help the Client Success Team (CSM) maximize their key performance indicators through analytics, reporting & workflow optimization. You will be the partner of client success managers and directors helping drive pro-active client insight and predictive indicators for client retention, engagement, and expansion. You are the trusted advisor of the CSM management team and will make supporting recommendations on ways to improve productivity and scale of the business.

What You Will Get To Do:

Own and execute timely, accurate, and insightful reports and analysis to CSMs and CSM leaders
-
Help CSMs and CSM management prepare reporting tools and data for internal and client facing QBRs.

Analyze business needs, provide data and make recommendations to support CSMs, CSM management, and internal stakeholders when needed.

Analyze issues and weakness in client engagements and operations process; make recommendation to improve the processes to drive productivity and efficiency.

Assist with key client engagement and business planning activities during budgeting cycle
-
Collaborate with Commission, Finance, IT and Business Technology and other divisions/departments to get tasks done and build cross functional relationship
What You Will Bring:
-
4+ years of sales operations experience
-
Sales or CSM operations experience in a software organization
-
Expert MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel
-
Gainsight experience preferred
-
Experience digesting and articulating complex and accurate data to sales leaders within the organization
-
Preferably experience using Salesforce, Snowflake and Power BI.
