They are seeking a dynamic Sales Strategy & Revenue Operations Consultant to join their team based in Hong Kong / Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and executing their revenue operations and sales strategies. This role is ideal for strategy consultants with a passion for business development strategy and revenue operations, who works well in an ambiguous and fluid environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth.
- Support the optimization of revenue operations by analyzing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment between sales strategies and overall business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and revenue operations, providing insights and recommendations.
- Participate in the creation of go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
- Provide operational support to sales teams, including CRM management and sales analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in consulting and have worked with insurance clients before
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Open mindset to work in a fluid start-up like environment
