About the Role
The Revenue Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in optimizing our revenue processes and ensuring seamless operations across customer engagement, engineering, marketing, and finance. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with a strong background in sales/revenue operations, process improvement, and analytical skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance data accuracy, and drive revenue growth.
Role Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement efficient revenue operations processes to support sales, marketing, and finance teams. Identify areas for improvement and work to optimize workflows and systems.
- Data Management: Maintain and manage revenue-related data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms. Generate and analyze reports to support strategic decision-making working closely with Capella's BI team.
- Reporting and Analysis: Create and deliver regular reports on revenue performance, sales metrics, and KPIs. Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
- Systems and Tools Management: Oversee the administration and optimization of CRM and other revenue-related systems. Ensure tools are effectively used and integrated across departments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align revenue strategies and goals. Facilitate communication and collaboration to drive operational efficiency.
- Forecasting and Planning: Support revenue forecasting and planning efforts by providing accurate data and insights. Assist in developing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure revenue processes comply with company policies and industry regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and industry standards.
Qualifications - Experience: 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role. Proven experience in process improvement and data analysis.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other revenue management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Familiarity with business intelligence platforms is a plus.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this role as it is posted is $77,600.00 - $102,820.00. The final job level and annual salary will be determined based on the education, qualification, knowledge, skills, ability, and experience of the final candidate(s), specific office location and calibrated against relevant market data and internal team equity.
