To support our business growth, EOS IT Solutions are expanding our Sales Operations team and are excited to offer an opportunity for a recent graduate to join our global team as a Sales Operations Associate. This entry-level position is perfect for graduates or administrators with a strong interest in procurement, business, commercial activities, or finance. We're looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn, contribute to our procurement processes, and help us achieve our service delivery goals. THE HATS YOU'LL WEAR:
- Sourcing and liaising with third party vendors and suppliers globally to provide IT & AV equipment.
- Accurately preparing pricing for customers based on the specification, cost and currency.
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service to our high profile clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proactively plan, organize and overcome any issues with supply chain.
- Undertake training as required or as identified by management for the proper execution or development within your role/company.
- Any other ad hoc duties as reasonably required by the company and within the competency of the post-holder
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.
- A degree in a business-related field such as Business Information Technology, Business Finance, or a similar discipline is desirable.
- Previous experience in an administrative, procurement, or sales operations environment is a plus, but not essential; we value a strong willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Strong client-facing skills with a commitment to delivering great customer service and maintaining positive relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally to both internal and external stakeholders.
- A meticulous approach with a strong focus on accuracy, ensuring tasks are completed correctly the first time.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the capacity to identify issues, think critically, and implement effective solutions.
- A proactive mindset with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and take initiative to overcome challenges.
