Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales operations function, ensuring that all sales processes are efficient and effective. This role requires a strong background in sales and operations, with a focus on leadership, negotiation, and business development.
Duties
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth and revenue increase
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet their sales targets
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with business objectives
- Utilize technology sales tools and platforms, including Salesforce, to streamline sales processes and improve sales productivity
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and revenue increase
- Manage and prioritize sales operations projects, ensuring timely and effective execution
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales operations, sales leadership, or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics to drive business decisions
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience with technology sales tools and platforms, including Salesforce
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
- Strong business development and sales skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing
