*Job Summary:*
The Sales and Operations Coordinator supports the sales team- Pan India and helps manage day-to-day operations and handling team. This role involves handling customer orders, coordinating with production and logistics, and ensuring smooth sales processes.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Order Processing:* Enter and track customer orders, ensure timely delivery, and communicate with customers.
- *Inventory Management:* Monitor stock levels and work with procurement to restock as needed.
- *Customer Support:* Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues.
- *Reporting:* Prepare sales reports and help with forecasting.
- *Team Support:* Assist in organizing meetings, training, and other events.
*Qualifications:*
- *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- *Experience:* 2-4 years in a similar role, preferably in the paints or manufacturing industry.
- *Skills:* Strong organizational skills, good communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
