We are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to drive growth and maximize revenue across all aspects of our business.
Summary:
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will be responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating operations within the company, including sales, marketing, business development, and customer retention. The CRO will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies that increase market share, optimize service offerings, and achieve financial targets.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Formulate and execute a robust revenue strategy that aligns with the company’s goals in the facilities maintenance sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand recognition, create targeted marketing campaigns, and generate leads that convert into revenue.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor revenue performance, forecast sales trends, and adjust strategies to optimize revenue growth in the competitive facilities maintenance market.
- Develop and manage the revenue budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.
- Learn potential customers’ cleaning needs and devise unique proposals and solutions as their expert on advanced maintenance processes and programs.
- Coach the team on proper client assessment, proposal development, and presentation skills.
- Foster a high-performance culture through effective training, motivation, and performance management.
- Oversee the customer success team to ensure high levels of client satisfaction, long-term retention, and repeat business, particularly with key accounts in facilities maintenance.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure accurate assessment of client needs and requirements.
- Assist the team in estimating costs and determining the financial feasibility of potential deals.
- Work closely with the finance team to develop pricing strategies and optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement service delivery plans.
- Identify competitive sales targets and facilitate cross-divisional sales opportunities
- Assist field sales associates with accounts that are in jeopardy and provide education on the most effective tools to grow street sales.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- 8 years of sales leadership experience, of which 3 years in services or products for commercial or residential real estate or cleaning industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance.
- Must be a team player and work across all departments and roles in the company to reach goals.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in the facilities maintenance and security concierge sector.
- Ability to develop and execute long-term strategic plans while also managing short-term goals and objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
